Culinary Unicorn is Edmonton’s hidden gem — a locally owned restaurant, cocktail bar and social escape tucked inside the Matrix Hotel in downtown Edmonton.

Inspired by the glamour of 1970s Beverly Hills, the energy of vintage Las Vegas and the effortless cool of Los Angeles, Culinary Unicorn was created to feel different from the moment you walk through the door.
